DR MAK DENTAL ACADEMY (KS DENT PTY LTD) –Course Terms of Use:
Dr Mak Dental academy LTD (“Dr Mak”, “us”, “we”, or “our”) provides a service that grants access to the FLaunchpad and its content (the “Services”).
This document contains very important information regarding your rights and obligations, as well as conditions, limitations, and exclusions that may apply to you. Please read it carefully.
You may not use the Services if you:
● Do not agree to these Terms;
● Are not the older of (i) at least 18 years of age or (ii) legal age to form a binding contract with Dr Mak Dental Academy or
● Are prohibited from accessing or using the Services or any of the Service’s contents by applicable law.
The Services include access to:
● The Dr Mak Dental Academy Online Course with limited access of the program
“Limited access of the program” means you will retain ongoing access to the course materials as long as the course duration you pick e.g- comprehensive courses 3-6 months and short courses uptil 14 days. After that your access will expire in its current form, at the sole discretion of Dr Mak Dental Academy.
You agree that your order and payment is an offer to buy, under these Terms, the Services. We may accept or decline your order in our sole discretion. After receiving your payment and a signed copy of these Terms, we will send confirmation and grant access.
● The price charged is the price at the time your order is placed.
● Taxes and legally required fees are added at checkout.
● We are not responsible for pricing or typographical errors and may cancel orders caused by such errors.
You confirm that:
● All payment information provided is true and authorized.
● You will honor all charges incurred.
● You are responsible for the full payment, including taxes.
By accepting these Terms, you agree not to dispute or initiate a chargeback for any payments made for the Services. Doing so constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Dr Mak Dental Academy reserves the right to pursue legal remedies in accordance with the laws of Australia.
All payments are final. There are no refunds for any reason. We may issue refunds in rare circumstances, but doing so remains entirely at our discretion.
You understand that we cannot guarantee or warrant that files or access will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that downloaded materials will be free of viruses. Your use of the Services is at your own risk. The Services and all content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, non-infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dr Mak Dental Academy, its affiliates, and their respective personnel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to:
● Personal injury
● Emotional distress
● Loss of revenue, profits, business, or data
In all cases, our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Services.
You may view the Dr Mak Dental Academy Video Online Course and download related materials for personal, non-commercial use only.
You agree not to:
● Copy, share, or distribute the content;
● Grant others access to the program;
● Circumvent or violate intellectual property protections.
All program content and related materials remain the intellectual property of Dr Mak Dental Academy.
In case of violation of these terms and conditions, we will block your account and no refunds will be provided. At the same time will take legal action for violating the terms and conditions. SO PLEASE DO NOT EVEN BY MISTAKE OR ACCIDENT SHARE ANY VIDEOS OR SCREENSHOTS OF OUR CONTENT.
You may not disclose or make available to others any confidential information about the Services, pricing, strategies, operations, or materials. This includes:
● Login credentials
● Course pricing
● Training documents
● Any proprietary strategies or content
Unless explicitly requested otherwise, you agree that Dr Mak Dental Academy may use your name, likeness, testimonial, voice, or written feedback in its marketing and promotional materials. This includes but is not limited to:
● Video testimonials
● Comments in live calls or community spaces
● Feedback submitted through surveys, messages, or reviews
If you wish to opt out of testimonial usage, you must submit a written request to drmakghazi@gmail.com
We may include third-party content or link to third-party websites. You agree that:
● We are not responsible for the legality, accuracy, or reliability of third-party content;
● Use of such content is at your own risk;
● Your interactions with other users are your own responsibility.
You must not engage in harmful, abusive, or disruptive behavior in the community spaces.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. All disputes will be resolved under these laws, regardless of your location.
You and Dr Mak Dental Academy agree to resolve disputes individually. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or jury trial related to the Services.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without written consent from Dr Mak Dental Academy
If we fail to enforce any part of these Terms, it does not mean we waive future enforcement.
These Terms do not create any rights or remedies for anyone other than you.
If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the agreement remains in full effect.
These Terms are the final and entire agreement between you and Dr Mak Dental academy (KS DENT PTY LTD) regarding the Services.
