The course was life changing for me. It taught me all of my dentistry. The videos are clear and detailed, Dr Mak beautifully explains every little step while doing the tasks. The course has multiple videos to ensure that concepts are understood in a clear way. Basic, concise and do-able dentistry. Best thing about Dr. Mak's demos is his techniques and an individual focused supervision that helped me a lot in understanding the tasks and how to approach. I personally believe 1 on 1 demos are of great help compared to group settings. I have learned more in 1 day with his 1 on 1 demos than 3 weeks course in institutes. It's always better to see someone performing and giving a demo in front of you to get the most out of it. Most importantly, he gives tips and tricks on how to correct the task after encountering an error as mishaps can occur in exam day. Would highly recommend his one on one demos for ADC journey. I had attended all 6 technical demoes yesterday. When you are just starting out and don't have any idea how and where to start and you tube videos are still confusing, and have no time to go for any academy due to family issues at this moment.. yes you are talking about me.. I was very completely confused. I didn't want to take demo from just anyone who's work I had not seen since I had to travel to Brisbane for just any demo. I saw Dr Mak's demos he had uploaded on this website. Every video is very detailed and I don't think anyone would give away so much helpful tips in a free video. THANK YOU DR. MAK! Apologies for the delay in writing this review. At a time I believed that my Technical tasks were brilliant Dr. Mak's online assessments proved that I was wrong. It was an eye opener and a shock for me. If you have completed a course and if you want to reach the ideal criteria his demos will help you reach that point very safely as he would make you understand where you should be safe while reaching the ideal criteria.
I feel lucky that I found a mentor like him during this fearful journey of ADC. I took few demos and found him very updated with the knowledge of recent ADC exam pattern. For anyone who has zero knowledge about the adc practical exam curriculum, i would highly recommend Dr Mak’s online course as he has developed a vast catalogue of detailed demo videos of all the technical tasks that are asked in the exams along with OSCE tips and tricks. I joined the 6 month online course in November 2021 and went through each and every video multiple times before i took a 2 week onsite course in march 2022, so in those 4 months I became so thorough with all the tasks that the onsite course became a mere feedback session. The course subscription also gives access to a private whatsapp group wherein candidates can post photos of their work and then Dr Mak gives a detailed video feedback.

3 RULES For ADC Technical Exam
Dr. Mak and his students use these 3 rules when studying and preparing for the Australian Dental Council's (ADC) written and practical exams.
RULE 1
You are not here to impress anyone with your skills. Your main aim is to stay well clear within the criteria and pass the exam.
